Decided to make use of the two brollies as we had a slight shower. Both handle mechanisms broke on first use. Literally just snapped and fell to pieces. Warranty? I doubt it.

Apart to look at mine when new mine have not been out since, over four years later.

Used mine at Le Mans and once I learned how to open and close them, and that was not easy!, they were fine.

Should be a warranty replacement. Used mine a few times and not had any trouble (yet!).

Definitely a warranty item as I've had to return one for the same reason. I opened it and the handle exploded in my hand and the rest of the umbrella went sailing of down the drive.

One of mine fell apart too and the replacement umbrella was from the Superb II, by the looks of it.

It is of much higher quality, but a bit of a tight fit into the III's slot.

I'll get them replaced but buy something better quality to use. The Skoda junk can go back in when I sell the car. Eventually!
