30K Service how much for Fabia VRS?

Featured Replies

Just wondering how much I need to budget for this service? I know that consumables like brake pads etc will last longer/shorter depending on the style of driving. I'm just interseted in the main cost of the service, what have you paid?

Thanks

Mine was going to be circa £85, but it happened to be 2 years old at the time and needed new coolant and brake fluid so that bumped the price up to around £185...

£165 +vat I think.

Had to replace the front wiper.

Under Warrenty.

Rear wiper jet had broke so replaced rear wiper.

ARB bush was replaced

CV joint fixed as it was leaking.

As usualy excellent server from the dealer.

Should be about the same as the 10k service but you may get some bits to replace etc as John J's post is already implying.

Is it going to be the 3rd year or do you do high enough mileage?

mine was £132 with the brake fluid change as it was nearly 2 yrs old.

The car will be 2 yrs old next month so looking at a brake fluid change.

Thanks for your replies

Mine was 20 months old at the 30K in November.

Have a look at the folowing link:

http://www.fabia-vrs.com/downloads.htm

Down the bottom of the page click the link under Fabia Maintenance Schedule (MS Excel).

I recomend you save the file to the desktop and open it from there, it contins macros so will need the security settings in excell (Tools > Macro > Security - change to medium) so they can be enabled to use the sheet.

Handy little sheet is that
