Well i did 15% increase in the maps in my 07' 1.9 tdi Octavia and i was able to get 0-100 kmph in 13 secs and i think you can get more. 

I got from 220 to 300bhp on a 2014 vrs with a quantum tuning fast remap with only a k and n panel air filter changed from standard 

245 to 250 hp dtuk clip on tdi box .
