Is it possible to alter the digital speedo included in the information detail situated between the main speedo and rev counter?

 

The digital speedo shows Kilometers per mile.

 

Is it possible to change this to Miles per hour?

 

 

 

Yep, it's referred to as 'Big MPH' and you need to do it via VCDS, you can't do it from the car's settings.

You essentially need to set your car's country to Australia.

It's only a mater of unticking a box in the maxidot menus to revert back to kph, after it's been adapted.

I had hoped it was possible to have the small display in kmh and the large display also in kmh, unfortunately no.

or is there an add on electronic box that will display multiple on the same screen, eg speed, dist-to-empty and radio?

Funny enough I want my small display to read mph and to do this I have to plug something into the car and change country to Australia so with you in Australia I'd change it to a European country that may help
