Mmmm, I've been eyeing these up recently - they look great in yellow. GLWS.

Dammit why did I even look at this.

Few questions:

1) What's the history like?

2) How many owners?

3) MOT?

4) Condition / last change of chain and sprockets?

5) You mention luggage - what is it exactly?

6) Has it been kept inside in your ownership?

Cheers.

I'm really sorry for huge delay mate. Actually been busy with decorating, gardening etc today, weekends are no pleasure for me :)

Ironically even though of going out on the bike, was too hot, and then by the time it wasn't, I just couldn't be arsed ! You see my problem !

1) What's the history like?

It had been fully dealer serviced when I bought in late 2009 (from a Triumph main dealer it had been pxed in by one of their customers).

I service myself for but don't skimp and plenty of history kept.

Recently lubricated swingarm and front steering bearings.

Last year did a full service with the works, spark plugs etc

I've also replaced the alternator with the improved mosfet several years ago.

2) How many owners?

Reads 1 former owner before me on number of former keepers on my v5.

3) MOT?

Yep only recently done the MOT. I think it will be something like 11 mths left

4) Condition / last change of chain and sprockets?

Should still be fairly new-ish standard and looking good still. I haven't done that many miles since changed both.

5) You mention luggage - what is it exactly?

The hard pillion grabrail with luggage rail is the main feature here, however I do have soft side luggage and an oxford tail pack though which are good enough for short hauls / occasional needs.

Also a tankbag but its magnetic so a bit useless.

6) Has it been kept inside in your ownership?

Absolutely, always been garaged throughout my ownership.

No worries - I've also been painting and decorating all weekend funnily enough, but mine is in the garage so it's as close to 'enjoyable' as decorating could ever get :)

Thanks for the detailed answers - I'll have a think, it does sound like the kind of thing I'm after from a history point of view, mileage just slightly higher.

Final 2 questions for now - feel free to PM either if you'd rather - could you let me know the registration number and which town you're in / rough postcode.

Ta.

Just a ping, this is still available and still MOT'd etc !! Ready to ride

I'm not really keeping up with biking and have a car project looming owed /gifted to me by family - which I won't even be able to get into with so many other cars and vehicles so really need to declutter !

I am thinking £2000 or possibly nearest offer with no extra parts or bits, which I will sell seperately, if anyones interested. ( i.e. will come with standard exhaust, shock, screen, etc).
