Anyone know the part number for the fuel cap rubber cord thingy.

Mine has perished and given up the ghost. I know I don't need it but I like it! Cheers

As tech1e says, my strap had done the same, so grabbed a second hand one off eBay for £10 posted which seemed reasonable.

Mine was advertised as for a mk5 Golf but part number was the same which is 1J0 201 553 Q

Not sure what price brand new would be.

I made one for the Civic from some old nylon cord with a couple of knots in the end - seems to work fine...

There is a repair kit listed for the cap 1U0 898 007 ????
