What would you expect to find as symptoms of poorly diff bearings?

High Temps, spitting of hot metal tantrums and I don't know...sorry...my diff was knackered apparantly but I didn't know it was...

Well, apparently mine is too - I thought it was a wheel bearing but apparently its my diff. SOunds quite similar to a straight cut box but much quieter.

I better get down next week before your car packs in with all these faults. There was a nice 4 * 4 just finished on ebay as well. Could try cupra net a few guy breaking cars.

What would you expect to find as symptoms of poorly diff bearings?

Having a vauxhall 4x4 badge on the front ??

Sounds like a good excuse to put in a Quaife ATB. They are well worth the money.
