I have a Superb from 2012 bought last summer. Never had any issues with it until now. It seems I can't lock the drivers door neither with the key nor the remote. When I try to lock it the red light in the drivers door will stay lit for about 30 seconds then it will flash every five seconds or so. Problem I can open the door and the alarm goes off. The other doors and trunk lock. 

Sounds like you need to scan the car for errors.
