I suspect so, but can't be sure. But it will need VCDS to code the car to LED, otherwise you will get errors.

I've got vcds & i checked the site on the link it says 2013 superb onwards so ill leave it thanks

What modification is required to fit Octavia? Mines Face-lift 2010 Elegance.

I'd take them if you would consider mailing to Australia?? I'd expect to pay for international postage.
