The Scout is giving the usual 1.9tdi signs that the battery is on the way out ... I'm looking to fit the biggest battery possible before the weather nose dives.

 

Does anyone have any experience/recommendations?

Bought a Bosch S4 the other week from GSF using a 43% off everything code. IIRC it was less than £75.

It's funny how you don't notice the length of time it takes your car to crank on an old battery, until you fit a new one.

Agreed, our Touran and Golf Plus both started with a harsh thump until the battery was changed
