Following some vandalism to my car, I am looking at an in car camera.  I don't really want one of those cameras that film your on road driving but one which has a 360 degree view and is triggered if there is movement outside the car when it is parked.  The police seem to think such a thing exists but I'm not so sure.

 

Does anyone know of such a device or anything coming close?  Any advice on makes and models of camera welcomed.  Thanks.

Try and look at 'techmoan' on youtube for tested dash cameras.

Some have two views, front and back and a shock sensor that will start the camera when triggered.
