Out with the old, in with the new!

Well my 63 plate VRS gave me 57,000 miles of trouble free motoring, but with the miles creeping higher and higher it was time for her to go before she was worth hardly anything!

I did think about waiting for a 66 plate, but when I got offered a good deal on a VRS hatch in July I couldn't really say no, especially with 0%, £750 free fuel and the fact the car was there ready in stock with the spec I want.......red seat stitching and all.

Did think of going estate again, but as I no longer carry dogs, and I fancied a "hot hatch" for a change I thought a hatch would be nice. Still plenty of room for the family and twenty quid a month cheaper on PCP was also a bonus,

Picked her up end of July!

So far so good.

Miss my old estate in some ways (practicality) but loving the hatch looks wise!

Nice one, enjoy....

Good choice mate.

Thanks, getting the windows tinted next week and the grill wrapped black.

How much is the wrap costing you? I replaced my grill surround with the gloss black one from Skoda for £42.

Have you seen the light and gone for petrol this time? :)

Dirty diesel all the way!

I toyed with the idea of a 230, but doing 60 miles a day thought id better stick to the sensible option.......sadly!

Ive had Impreza, Astra VXR, Cavslier Turbos etc in the past, and do miss my petrol cars!

40 quid, so i might just look at a Skoda gloss black one for the extra 2 quid
