Can anyone tell me how to change rear suspension bump stops please

Afraid I can't help with that one .... Mine will be replaced at next service in a month or so. Were picked up as an advisory at the last service. Bump stops on my Octy lasted 120k.Superb ones will be replaced at 83k.
