Hi,

 

In a scale from 0 to 10, how easy is to replace the steering rack? Is it something I can do alone?

Do you have to remove the subframe?

 

I've done some things on my car before like replacing the starter motor, but nothing as complicated(?) as this one.

It's much easier to do if you remove the subframe but you'll need help with it due to the size and weight of the assembly.
