Sorry to be a pain but I have been desparately trying to find the fitting guide for the Seat sport strut brace and can't seem to see it anywhere. Please help as I am planning on getting one this week, thanks in advance:thumbup:

Is this the front top brace? If so fitment is so easy you shouldn't need any kind of guide - just undo the nuts on the top of the struts, drop the brace on and put the nuts back again.

you need to remove 3 bolts holding the bracket for the thingy next to the radiator expansion tank at the o/s so you can get to the 2 strut bolts underneath

did mine yesterday - 15 mins inc a bit of cleaning

I've just had a look and the top bolt seems easy to get to but the bottom two are underneath the expansion tank....how do I get to them?!?!? :confused:

the wires on top of the bolts are pushed ontop of the bolts (hard to explain) but if you lift them up they will move enough to get to the nuts

when you've removed the 3 nuts the bracket will move out of the way enough to get to the strut bolts

10mm nuts on the bracket

13mm bolts on strut tops

Ok I can see now I thought that the wire holder was connected to the bolts...it looks a lot harder than it is!

no the holder is pushed onto the nuts - it just pull up

its so much easier on a petrol

Instructions come in the box with the Strut Brace..............in multiple languages (except Welsh). Just remember to tighten the strut bolts to the correct torque!
