goodbye but not really

Featured Replies

So its been an interesting couple of weeks of leaking steering rack and hunting and thinking.

Did a deal on the octavia - part exed against a 2009 160bhp Opel Insignia SE!

The offer was too good and there was very few cars aroind i was interested in.

Still be here though, as the citigo isnt going anywhere and i renewed freedom for 2yrs anyway last week :D

Best of luck with the Insignia, plenty of poke with the 160 engine!  I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for that around Clonmel :)

Cheers :) i ha taken a greenline superb out for a drive last week, a 2010, but it turned out another salesman had a deposit taken on it. It was a nice drive but only the pd105, so nothing like the shove the insignia has. Money i got for the octavia was really good tbf, given the rack issue, and the boot lifter still borked. So overall, both i and the dealer were happy. He'll be able make a few quid on the octy and made a few no dubt out me :D
