Bluetooth and USB input audio problems

Featured Replies

I bought a mark III Octavia Estate (1.6 TDI, Elegance) recently and I really like it but I'm having trouble with audio played through Bluetooth and USB.

Bluetooth works fine, except whenever my phone changes from one sound source to another -- e.g., from podcasts to Google Maps -- the audio coming through the Octavia bluetooth cuts out momentarily. This can be very annoying if I'm using Google Maps because it cuts out in the middle of telling me which way to turn! So is there a way to stop this from happening?

I've tried using the USB input as a temporary workaround but that's been totally unsuccessful. The Octavia recognises my phone but insists there's no playable audio on it, so nothing works. Is there a way to get this working?

What phone is it?
