I've got a rumble in the front of my tdi Scout.  Only issue really in about 4 years of ownership.

Can anyone help me with CV joint part numbers?  It's a 2008-2009 depending on which date codes you believe on the car.  BMM engine, 6sp manual.  Inner and outer CV codes would be perfect as I'll likely be ordering from overseas.

 

Best I've found is 1K0498099J for the outer.  But I'm not 100% sure.

    Thank you, much appreciated.  Looks like they cross to GKN 304329 which are a decent price (originals are GKN, but only visible P/N's are on the boots).  Boots are intact the but there is a rumble.

     

    Do the inners ever give trouble on these?  I can't find a P/N, ECP has some options pretty cheap.  I don't want to go in without parts I might need.  But also don't want to buy parts that never wear out.
