And not forgetting the clips ... £5.99 !!

Looking good nip out tonight and take a few night shots with the old lamps and then take some once your mate has fitted them in the same location

Well, Storm Angus and my camera exposure control put paid to the before and after pictures ...

The difference with HIDs is startling to say the least, dip beam is distinct but it's the high beam that makes the real difference - it picks out the road pretty well now, but NOTHING like my Touran with 4 x H7 Nightbreakers.

Fitted professionally, I immediately noticed the cornering lamps warning light but after the first junction the warning light went out - phew!

I've not had a chance to lift the bonnet yet, I'll post photos tomorrow,

Glad you got them fitted

Look forward to the pictures

Sorry, you'll have to turn your monitor on its side

Would not like the position of the ballast units my self have you thought of moving them ??

Maybe I am to ocd for my own good

  • Author

I hate the position of the ballast, I WILL be moving them in due course - I definitely don't like the double sided sticky pad they are sitting on !

I put mine under the slam panel. They look as though those ones would fit in the same place.

  • Author

Yes, once I get a minute I will be doing this, I think the underside of the slam panel is the only option.

I do get transient cornering light warnings on clocks, I think this will improve when they are sited better.
