Today when I entered my Vin into the update Portal to check for new Maps data for my Amundsen Mib2 it gave me the following.......

Data for the map data was not found. Please contact your dealer.

My Octavia is 15 months old so would still expect to get updates

Anyone else seen this? Or have answer to why I get this response?

Same here for the my Columbus update portal. AndyVee, it looks like we will  have to add this to the Skoda UK Facebook list!

Updates are back , looks like they had a system glitch over the weekend. Only thing is it is still the May version of the maps,

update portal looks as though it has been updated - dont get excited ive been wrong before

It's OK now - update downloaded, unzipped, installed, Amundsen updated and all working.

 

Testing took a while as I'd forgotten (or has it changed?) that the address by postcode doesn't like spaces.
