Fabiatdi Exhaust Trim

Featured Replies

Can anyone help? I reciently bought my used fabia TDI which i love! Heres my problem - it came with the optional extra bumper package front and rear, the rear has this nice moulded section for the exhaust trim to sit in but there is'nt a shiney pipe insight! All i want is a bolt on unit like the ones for sale in halfords but none of them will fit the twin down pipe on the backbox. Has anyone else had this problem?

cheers m

Welcome to briskoda

i think you can get a dummy chrome exhaust that sits in front of the actual exhaust and serves no useful purpose or you could get an aftermarket exhaust that is through flow not sure though

sorry not much help

alex:

a guy who owns a Ibiza TDi cut the downturn bits off the backbox and fitted a exhast trim.. its in This thread on Seatcupra.net

Hmmm :wavw: - Wouldn't mind something similar for mine, to consider in the long run. :D

Skoda seem to only be able to a supply a new backbox at a cost of 214 quid! was looking for a cheaper option, they havent mentioned extentions - will have a look cheers

Rage Exhuasts do "universal" backboxes...not sure how good they are though....
