Morning all.
The main beam buls work very intermintally. Ive had a look at the bulbs there seems to have had a bit if arcing.
Any one got any idears on hiw to cure it cheaply??

Put a sign on your screen so other drivers know you have a problem with your lights.

 

At least when they crash into you, you can console yourself knowing at least you warned them.

 

Or you could just try some new bulbs. :think:

That's what I call an "enlightening" idea!

Sarcasm is not always a helpful feature depending on the OP attitude, but as asked have you swapped out for new bulbs?  Have you checked inside headlight fitting for moisture / condensation?
