Disappointed.

You were very competitive in January when quoting me for my modified Skoda Fabia. I've now sold the car and have been charged a fortune to replace the Fabia with my new car. I first had to pay £99 to insure it for a week on a temporary basis when I first got the new car before I sold the previous one, and then just had to pay another £160 including the usual £25 admin fee to insure my new car on my policy until the end of January. Obviously I didn't have a choice so just had to accept it, but for the equivalent of about 2 months insurance, I've been charged more than half what I paid on the Fabia for the whole year.

Good for modified cars, but not for standard. I highly doubt you'll be getting my business again at the end of January!

Hi,

Sorry to hear this, temporary insurance is generally not as competitive as full annual cover. If you could PM me your policy details I'd be happy to look into this for you.

Kind Regards

Dan
