I searched and i searched the internet but i could not find information about Octavia's Columbus MIB2 screen resolution.

I could find only for Amundsen.

Does anybody know the screen resolution for Columbus MIB2 ?

I believe it's 800x480. Don't think it's any different to MIB1 Columbus in that respect.

So basically is the same as Amundsen only with a larger display.

So it's not really HD

Yes MIB2 Amundsen is much better than MIB1. MIB1 only had 400x240 5.8" display. The Columbus still has slightly larger screen, 3D mapping, internal storage and DVD playback over the newer Amundsen.
