Buying a Fabia vRS 06

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

I am thinking of buying a Fabia 1.9 vRS 2006/06 model with 98,000 on the clock from a trade dealer. Its got 2 previous owners & the cam belt & water pump have been done recently.

There's no CruiseControl but it has full skoda service history for a price of £2699. Is this a good price.

The car is in Birmingham & I need to travel from London so I am wondering if it is worth the time, effort  and money. I have had a bad experience with a local trader before so I am a bit sceptical but it seems like a good price for whats on offer.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Many Thanks

Seems a lot of money to me for a ten year old warm diesel.

It's a tad cheaper than a Ford Focus of the same age and mileage I saw for sale the other day.... WTF!!!

That kind of seems like the going rate for a good vRS, in fact its a bit lower. Car's with the same spec are selling for around £2900

Are they advertised at around £2,900 and not selling, still advertised or are the sellers getting £2,900 for them. Different things Asking Price and selling price.
