I got myself in a bit of a pickle last week by losing the locking wheel nut key for my 1U mk1 Octavia vRS, doh! So had to buy a brand new genuine set from the local Skoda dealer. They have been on the car for less than a week and covered maybe 300 miles at the very most, so are as new. Part number is 000 071 597C. Comes with the plastic case, sticky label with code on it and some literature. Bolt spec is M14 x 1.5 x 27 and will fit tonnes of, if not all, VAG Skodas.
