If its been opened no one with any sense will want unless its free. you could try on freecycle or keep it, oil can be handy and will get used eventually somehow.

Oh really? I didn't realise once a bottle of oil had been opened it effectively made it worthless!

Haha thanks! I just thought on a forum where some of the cars use oil, cheap/free oil might be appreciated for those that have to top up or do regular oil changes! I'd never put anything in it or anything like that!
