Battery Low, Start car message on Radio.

Featured Replies

As Mrs G had a new knee fitted almost 3 weeks ago and Mrs G not being able to drive her car for quite a while a " Low battery " has come up on the radio when starting the car, Fabia MKIII SE-L, 15 Plate ( keyless start )

Yesterday I took it out for a couple of hours to get the battery up to strength again. I have noticed that even after a long run the stop start doesn't work any more, does it need more in the battery or needs to be reset.

Any thoughts folks

Thanks

Skoda  advertise as 'Simply Clever',

but they seem to have build the All New 3rd Generation with ECO modes not fit for purpose really.

Stop / Start and low emissions just a con really if the system is disabled more than enabled.

I've had a read and looks like it's a  common fault then.
