Auto heating in very icy weather

The climate control in these cars if run in Auto mode, doesn't run the AC all the time, even though the light is on, it only comes on if required I.e. if you ask for cold air or if the humidity sensor detects humidity to clear.

Its intelligent to save power and fuel.

So dont kid yourself it saves fuel not using it, just run it in auto all the time and let it do its thing.

My wife has an aversion to AC and I get earache about Auto mode every time she's in my car. Needless to say she isn't welcome in it now. ..lol
