Tax cost/emiasions to identify cr or pd?

Featured Replies

Hi guys, spotted a nice vrs that i am interested in but am not sure which engine it has as there is no engine picture. It is listed as the cr.

Its a 58 plate and is showing 151g/km for emissions. Is this likely to be the pd or cr?

Yes its the hatchback. Ok autotrader lists it as 151g/km but their website lists it as 150g/km. Is that the CR engine?

151. Damn it! Was hoping it was going to be a CR. Looks like ill have to go for the PD then.

58 is right on the swap over point.

Personally I'd hold out for a CR engine. It's much less likely to give you DPF trouble.

Yes i am trying to hold out. I have found another vrs on an 09 plate. That shows 150g/km. Is this the cr engine? I assume anything from 09 onwards is the cr?

If its a Face lifted model which is 2009 onwards (easiest way to tell is the headlights) itll be a CR Lump, for the sake of DPF issues on a PD lumps id go for the CR Engine.

Other easy spot if there are any dash photos are 4,500 redline on PD and 5,000 redline on CR engines.
