frozen screen after mobile call

Featured Replies

I answered a call yesterday and the screen stayed as if it was still connected to the call, even though they'd cleared down.

Anyone else had this?

Yes, happened a few times on both my MKIIs.  I had it checked out and there was nothing obvious wrong - well the dealer didn't pick it up anyway.  I think just switching off both the unit and the ignition (leave it for 20 seconds or so) worked for me.  Maybe reset the BT module (under the driver's seat) if that doesn't work.  Has it happened much?

EDIT: I meant to say I had the Columbus unit and I'm guessing yours is probably the Bolero?  Not sure if there is a known issue with other units.

This stayed like it for a few hours, even after I'd locked it and gone shopping for 30 mins , it was still like it. It cleared after being left overnight
