Today I had a customer , who gave me a post code, entered it into my RNS 315, destination 7 miles away.

Drove to destination, no sign of the place, called the owner of the house, it was back in my town a new build, 

Told him I had put his post code in, and he said Im not the only one, to end up 7 miles away.

Is there an update for the post codes???, checked google maps on phone and it showed the correct destination 

Do you know what maps are installed? The latest maps for the RNS 315 are V9 (2017) which came out in December 2016.

 

I believe that's the only way to update the address/postcodes and there is no guarantee they will fix this issue as it'll depend if the maps are updated for the postcode in question.

No SatNav can find my post code, which mean no-one else except the Royal Fail can, either.

House has been here since the 1850s!!
