If anyone is interested, i found a tutorial for upgrading the sound quality on bolero mib1 and mib2.

VCP or ODIS-E are required for full features, but some settings seem to be configurable thru VCDS aswell.

An interesting information from this tutorial is the activation of Virtual Subwoofer and Skoda Surround options on MIB2 models

...is there a more international version of this?

I forgot to mention that as my chrome is set to automatically translate Russian.
