Finally got to pick up my Citigo Colour edition (with the optional Black roof and door mirrors) from the dealers last Saturday. To say I'm happy is understatement. It puts a smile on my face, like my Mini Cooper Sportspack used to all those years ago. Before I got to dealers to pick it up I thought it was a MY16 version, but was pleasantly surprised it was a MY17 model. Love the DRL's and it's such a smooth ride compared to my old 2.0 Diesel RAV4. Just waiting for the weather to warm up a bit to give it a good detail, and ponder a few mods, inspired by SashaGrace's Monte Carlo

Ironically my wife and daughter really liked the red one they had in the showroom, but I kept saying, but the white looks more sporty etc. Anyway, we ordered the red, but over the weekend I slowly convinced them that white was the better choice and in the end they agreed. So got straight on the phone Monday morning to change the order. Luckily nobody else had purchased the car in the meantime.

Aww thanks, making me blush you lot haha. Mod list is slowing down now though, looking at wrapping the roof black like the colour edition and that might be the last one for a bit, going to take some saving for a set of TT pedals!!

Looks really nice that.

 

I prefer the white or red out of the four colours at the time she got hers and do sometimes wish the Mrs had preferred the white colour edition rather than the black but she loves black cars so white came in as second choice. If she had gone for white though she wouldn't have been guaranteed with getting it delivered in time for the offer that she was getting the car with at the time and obviously hers was a showroom car that was available immediately and came with the £600 of free options over a normal colour edition.

I can put my hands on a roll of 3M Gloss Black vinyl big enough to do the roof for free  The thing that's stopping me is the wheels and graphics on my car are metallic black so I would sort of like a metallic black roof. Is the colour edition a solid black? My Mum's Fabia has a Solid Black roof and mirror caps (car is silver) and it works well on it

Ours is a black pearl colour edition so obviously has black pearl roof and mirrors..... I'm guessing the optional black roof and mirrors on the other three colours in the colour edition fleet would be flat black.
