Retro fit leather seats in octavia

Hi All,

I'm new to this forum and I'm in need of some help....

i currently own a 2008 octavia elegance with standard cloth interior, i have sourced leather interior with heated and memory functions out of a crashed octavia. My Question is, is it possible to fit these to my skoda with the memory/electric/heated functions working? Even if the heated function was not possible I wouldn't have an issue with installing them. 

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

If any one needs any more info please let me know.
