Just ordered L&K DSG

Featured Replies

Just done a great deal on a 2.0l diesel dsg L&K Quartz Grey. Will be swapping over from an Octy iii. Looking forward to trying all the new gadgets out :-). Now the long 13 week wait begins.

Very nice.  Did you specify any extras?  If you haven't added DSG paddles I'd suggest that you do for the sake of £95

Hello. Yes I order the dsg paddles and the rear wiper. That's all the extras I needed since it comes with loads. I half wish I added smart gate now though. I know it's just a bit of fun but it would have been nice.

It's fun 10min, then you realise its useless,  then the App gets a Update and won't work for Months, then Update again, works but useless Funktions.

Does anyone know if I should have specified whether I wanted fixed or variable servicing or is it just changed on arrival? I remember in my Octy there was a reg code sticker in the boot that specified it was set to variable when manufactured even though I changed it to fixed (was a cancelled preordered car).

I'm unsure on this too, but I'm expecting this is something that the supplying dealer can set prior to delivery (or perhaps even post delivery within a certain time).

They all come from the factory on variable, they can (and some dealers do this without asking) be set to fixed during the PDI.
