Really good to have a surprise this season, less dominance more interest?

Definitely.

Toyota spent about a billion dollars chasing F1 in the early part of this century and I think they will find more kudos in WRC for their money.

Hyundai look their abouts as does Ford and even Citreon if with a shout on some rallies I think.

New 2017 are awesome with about 350 hp from their 1.6 litre engines and incredible 4 wheel drive systems and aero package.

One stage got cancelled in Sweden as they were just too quick !

Hyundai are better than "there abouts"

Neuville has retired from the lead in both rallies so far.

Meeke won't last long as Citroen team leader at this rate... I bet they're already talking to Ogier about 2018.

Well done Toyota!

I do mean they are thereabouts for the podiums, Ford and Hyundai, and both Hyundai drivers are top notch, Toyota was more the surprise but that was Latvala mastery on ice, some on the speeds on ice were phenomenal, 120 mph on tungsten studded Michelins.

Should be a great year unless Ogier runs away with the gravel stages.
