Quick question regarding brakes

Can not imagine the difference could be anything else except the green paint.

With different words, do all fabias mk1 use the same rear calipers (except for those models that use drum brakes)?

It looks like it to me.  For 2006 (you can change the date near the top to explore other years if you want) check the last four listings on this page. All relate to rear discs. There are 3 different PR numbers (1KK, 1KP, 1KQ), but as far as I can see they are all Lucas C38 HR calipers, just in natural, red and green?
