Wiper Blades

I was hoping someone could help me out here. Very trivial thing but i knocked my front drivers side wiper blade this morning scraping the ice off the windscreen. Ive leveled the wipers back up to how they sat stationary before (or not as the case seems to be) but after a couple of test "squirts" of the washer the blades will move fine and then start catching again. Bit concerning especially as its very poor weather at the moment and i dont want them catching when Im traveling in bad weather with already poor visibility.

If anyone could give me some pointers id appreciate it.
