Milotec dash kits - anyone seen them?

Featured Replies

Quite fancy the Milotec dash kits for my Superb - these are the ones that come in two flavours: wood effect, and an aluminium look. Can't stand the wood style, but what I'd really like is something that goes with the superb's existing titanium-y coloured trim. Anyone seen the Milotec stuff - does it look OK?

We have done a bit of dealing with Milotek

Not that bad.

But then I have seen some bits that look a bit off...

Try a search on here with Milotek you do find the odd bits

I won't inflict my wood trim on you since you say you don't like it. The Milotec kits seem to be very durable, and the fixing is very strong once cured. Also the Fabia ones are spot on for dimensions. Googling may reveal other suppliers of simiar kits.

cheers all. i can't find *any* pictures of the non-wood type: so i've no idea if it's nasty cheap shiny stuff, or nice matching tasteful finish. at about 80 quid all in, i don't want to make an expensive mistake!

The Milotec website shows an Octavia 2 with metal-effect trim.

On their site have a look at the Fabia interior 'wood' trim and you'll see that they also do it in aluminium or carbon. Pictures are not on the site but you can have a look at the Octavia stuff to get an idea!

Halfords sell this trim as well, not used it personally, but I hear it's quite good.

Milotec are a pain to deal with directly and I am having a lot of arguments with them over one or two things. Beware that they only use international bank transfers and I've had money disappear between me sending and them recieving the money.

You can buy via Butts of Bawtry and order over the phone. They are excellent
