Hi I am new to forum. Had a power failure to all of above, however I could still flash main beam. AA  man was struggling but eventually phoned VW who suggested that it was either ignition unit or bcu and that I should get VW main dealer or VW specialist to diagnose. I declined a tow truck a drove it home. Anybody had similar problem or got any suggestions to avoid main dealer prices.
