I'm 53 and bought a Focus ST 250bhp in Tangerine Scream in August.

 

Because I can afford to (something I couldn't do when I was 25)!!

 

The phrase "too old" doesn't compute - go for it :)

Although buying a sporty car is apparently number one on the list of "signs" that you're suffering from that "ailment" so I can see where you're coming from!

Guilty. But been guilty since 18.......3 scoobies, pulsar. saab 900 classic aero, golf gti  mark 2, bora tdi 206 bhp, sierra xr 4x4 cosworth head, golf 4 tdi mapped x3....a disease indeed....early, mid and hopefully end of life crisis :)

Smokey, I have the same car as you bought recently for a similar sleeper style project. I can't link to your build thread for some reason. Do you have any more details of your map and turbo please? Did you do anything else to engine etc for this? Thanks for any info.
