Connect phone with car through Bluetooth: How to change name of car

Hi all,

I just bought a Skoda Fabia 5J 2014 and I am using my phone to connect to the car's bluetooth. I want to change the name of the car when connecting. It seems now like it's the previous owner's name chosen as the car name and I would like to change it. How do I do that? There is nothing in manual about it.
