Hi does anyone know of anyone who breaks octavia's in the uk parts seem very hard to come by and my local dealers are really poor

As above,eBay plenty on there for breaking 

+3 Ebay for things like mats, there are quite a few dealers that sell on Ebay. I have used number1forskoda (part of rainwiorth) before. There are others that list.

 

For the other things, ebay can also be pretty useful, some breakers list items. A part number is a helpful tool for searching and finding the right stuff without trawling 100s of pages of listings.

 

There is also http://www.skodaparts.com/  for genuine new parts outside of ebay.  You can call them if you can't find the part - they are a dealer parts dep as well.
