Just had my electronic gremlins sorted by local garage. They replaced the Body control unit (computer) They are now having a problem coding/programming the keys to operate the central locking. Does anyone know if coding keys is a Main dealer only function? Keys are OK with ignition presumably via ECU which has not been changed.

Thanks Eddie,  I also don't know how. I have VCDS, a pirate copy without instructions. All I ever do is auto scan as that's obvious.

Garage finally managed to code the keys after a few phone calls.
