i believe the retractable parcel shelf and extra storage shelf can be stored under the variable boot in the estate.

 

I'm sure i remember see a utube video on excactly how to do it as i find the owners manual instruction a bit sketchy

 

Does anyone rememember the vid or has pictures of how it goes in

step 1 - remove left and right hatches inside the boot (the one with the first aid kit sticker and the one opposite) by opening and pulling up.

step 2 - Lever up left hand floor piece that the left hand hatch fitted into.

step 3 - remove parcel shelf and storage shelf

step 4 - put storage shelf into the slot that has now appeared.

step 5 - put the parcel shelf into the other slot, one piece lies over the storage shelf

step 6 - replace the bits you clicked out.
