searching for Octy.....oh and HI!!!

Hi all,

I'm Tony, and currently own a Seat Ibiza Cupra (sounds like an AA meeting lol)

currently running a stage 2 conversion - 242BHP and 279lbft (lots of mods)

however the car is costing a fortune to run, petrol etc and i have a little one now so need something bigger

i am looking at an Octy Vrs, prefer silver or black or indeed a 4x4 estate but i hear those are hard to come by....

could any of you guys help out as to what to look for etc?

is the Octy Vrs running a K03 or a K03s?

Depends where you are in the country but I checked on autotrader and found a number of vRS' for sale including a 2003 one for £6795, the items for sale section is always worth a look too:)

One is the reversable boot floor, carpet one side and a sort of plastic the other. Both items are in great condition too Second is a rear sun screen, it's a mesh material in a metal frame that you clip inside the hatch window, it keeps out a ton of heat and you can take it out for winter, you can't see into the car also. My 280 had tinted side windows but the rear glass was not done. Both are huge and would be prohibitively awkward to post. If you want either you WILL need to come to Swindon.

Hi All, My car has come back from the dealer today after having both the OCU (0311) and Infotainment (1989) updated. On previous versions of infotainment I had the road sign display enabled in the navigation as I don't have the traffic sign recognition feature on the car. I found it quite a useful feature. As the OCU had been updated I had to log back into the car and set myself as primary user, etc. The road sign display was never on by default. However, on 1989 I cannot find any option in th

Does anyone have any recommendations for reasonably priced insurance companies outside of the comparison sites. Everyone said policies had gone up last year but mine was still ok, but it's gone up higher than I'd like this year. I'm in my 40's, driving for 27 years, full no claims. Maybe its the same for everyone but it feel like robbery when it's a 2010 car, Skoda superb elegance, TDI, DSG. When I bought it it was about £400, got it down to £185 and its back to £300

Noticed today that my rear view camera is seeing more than it used to, that is, I can now see some of the number plate and body work top and bottom. I'm sure it used to be just a nice clear picture of the rear without anything extra? Am I mistaken, does everyone see the number plate and bodywork?
