Am I missing a trick?

 

Just went out to change the headlight bulbs on the Monte. Got the first one done in about 10seconds but the second is still waiting. I can't turn the holder, there is so much crap in the way i cant get a good grip and even if I did my big man hands have no space to turn.

 

I'm seriously thinking about just removing the headlight unit from the car to do the job.

 

Has anyone got a tip or trick to changing the drivers side bulb?

Might be easier if the car was warmed up a little so twisting the clap is easier. Otherwise, go to Halfords and get them to get the lady with little hands to do it. They'l charge you an addition tenner though!

Drivers side. Diesel  filter is in the way. Passenger side was easy to do for me
