OK OK I posted a rant about poor dealer service then had second thoughts as I want the car fixing but couldn't delete the message.........beautiful replies though...

Name and shame. It's the only way

Get it off your chest, you know you want too... Lol.

OK new superb in January.  Air-conditioning has broken, dealers need a tool to identify leak.  4 weeks later no progress despite ME having to chase them........Then cruise control packs in due to front park assist issue. So to local dealer who don't have the calibration kit to fix so I have to book in with a dealer an hour away. Hadnt considered after sales when I made the choice.....so hopefully the new dealer can sort. Glad it's a lease car........wish I'd not been so tight and gone for the Volvo V90......

Sorry you having a toughb time with skoda.  Don't be too hard on yourself though I'm moving in other direction.  Got an xc60 D4 at the moment and got Superb on order.  Love the Volvo but had lots of reliability problems. It's been back to dealer more times than all other cars I've had put together.  I'm not joking! ERG X2,  DPF X2,  broken heater/AC fan, cracked coolant pipe X2 visits to fix, random limp mode a number of times. .....the lis goes on.  Dealer been fine about it and got courtesy car etc but not good enough from what should be a premium car.  That said nice to drive and goes very well 181bhp 400nm torque plenty to my mind. The V90 you are listing after if it's the D4 is the same engine (might be 190bhp now).
