Smooooth booty

Featured Replies

I actually did this over a year ago, but only just thought about posting a pick of it.

I know I'm not the only one with a be-badged boot, but I've not seen another with a phase 1 Audi S3 badge:thumbup:

Originally i was going to fit a vRS badge, but as they don't do them in green, i thought I'd go for something a little different.

I'll never forget the day i went to Tesco, got back to the car to find some bloke looking all round it, asking me me if it was a special model:rofl: (made my day!)

Sort yourself out with an aero rear wiper for the ultimate minimalist look

rear.jpg:cool:

"REG PLATE" - is that a legal plate, and shouldn't it on an be orange background? :P

I also have the minimalist look on the back, if you kind of ignore the big sticker on the glass. ;) I also have a change coming for this look soon. :D

That looks good - do you have higher res photos available? The posted ones are bit hard to see close up :)

And Jonny - do you have a part no for the aero wiper? VW part I presume? A rough idea on price would be great too. Cheers

Sorry not keen at all on the Audi badge on your skoda, but each to their own. Reminds me of the time I saw an Austin allegro with a ferrari badge on it.

You have PM

Thanks matey, might pop into the local Veedub stealer tomorrow. I asked because it looks good, my blade needs replacing anyway, and the VW dealer is far closer than the Skoda one

The more I think about this audi badge on a skoda, the more sad I feel it is. Get some skoda badges back on it.

The smooth booty looks nice.. but im not a big fan of the Audi badge

Heres my smoothie :D

Hey Bobz...

Can't believe you stuck on an S3 badge

Mine's almost like yours, except with a 'V' ;)

So what your saying is its OK to put Porche badges on a VW/Audi, but not an Audi Badge on a Skoda?

FINE!

Its decided then!

As we live in a democracy, the S3 badge is coming off:bigcry:

Bit of a shame i stuck the front one on with Super glue!!!!!!

Why can't skoda be as cheep as Audi when it comes to parts anyway?

Both those badges cost less that £20 put together from Audi, Dread to think how much a vRS one would have been.

Dose anyone know how much a 'new' vRS badge is yet?:D

Or Porsche wheels on a Skoda. Have a search. He's quite close to you too ;)

At the end of the day, it's your car - if you think it looks good then keep it on.

Hell, I have S3 wheels on mine! :D

Steve

If u think its cool then keep it mate lol..

but how many audi owners have skoda badge on their cars? :D lool just kidding..

anyways.. i find the green Vrs badge goes much nicer on a skoda.. it all goes to u in the end

Wheels are a completely different story to sticking a plastic badge on stating your car is something its not. I dont see the relevance.

I do ;)

I do ;)

Spill your beans then walkie.

Oi! I do hope that's not a dig?

Not at all, meant as a compliment in fact.

It was meant to point out that there's loads of options out there, and opportunities to be different. Perhaps it didn't come across as such...
